As Chief Growth Officer for Worldwide Deaf Gym, I bring a journey shaped by lived experience, resilience, and a deep understanding of both community and performance.

My path has not followed a traditional route. Through years of travelling across the UK with football teams, I developed more than just a passion for sport, I built an awareness of people, culture, and the unspoken dynamics that exist within teams and communities.

These experiences taught me how connection, trust, and environment directly impact performance and wellbeing.
Alongside this, my professional journey across multiple sectors has given me insight into structure, communication, and growth at both grassroots and organisational levels. I’ve seen where systems work, and where they fail people, particularly within deaf communities.
In my role as CGO, I focus on bridging those gaps.

I am driven by a clear mission: to support the growth of an inclusive, high performing environment where deaf individuals are not only accommodated, but empowered. This means developing pathways, strengthening community engagement, and ensuring that growth is not just about numbers, but about impact, representation, and long term sustainability.

I believe that true growth comes from understanding people first. By combining real world experience with strategic thinking, I aim to help shape Worldwide Deaf Gym into a space where confidence, skill, and identity can thrive together.

This role is not just a position, it is a responsibility to contribute to a movement that challenges limitations and redefines what is possible.
